Getting started
Open a condition in Atlas, or search the Symptoms tab. Tap a body-map marker to read the finding description. This app is educational; it does not diagnose and does not replace consulting a qualified clinician before medical decisions.
The free version
The Patient & family guide includes condition explanations, warning signs, available illustrations, comparisons, search and bookmarks. Some illustrations are unavailable; use the written explanation for those entries.
Disease Atlas Pro
A monthly subscription unlocks the Professional version and the available collection of AI-generated teaching images. Image coverage varies by entry. Images are not photographs documenting diagnosed patients and may contain inaccuracies. Your price and any eligible free-trial duration appear on the purchase screen.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On your iPhone or iPad open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, then select Disease Atlas. You can also use the app’s Settings › Disease Atlas Pro › Manage subscription. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
I purchased Pro, but it is locked
Check your internet connection and that you are using the Apple Account that made the purchase. In the app, open Settings › Disease Atlas Pro › Restore purchases. Complete Apple’s sign-in if prompted. If access is still locked, check your Apple subscriptions and contact support instead of purchasing again.
Using the app offline
Atlas content, search and bookmarks work offline. Buying, restoring or managing a subscription, opening external web pages and sending email require internet access.
Language, appearance and saved data
Use Settings to choose English or Turkish and light, dark or system appearance. Clear bookmarks and recently viewed entries in Settings › Data.
Report a problem
For a content issue, open the condition, sign or finding and choose Report a content issue. Describe the problem, review the draft, then choose Open email draft or Copy report. Nothing is sent automatically. Settings › Content & updates shows the bundled content revision. For urgent medical concerns, contact local emergency services rather than app support.
